We are writing as long-time players of ACE Online in the North American region, currently operated by Suba Games under license from Masang. Pilots from both nations, Arlington and Bygeniou, have signed this letter together, and we want to share some thoughts on how Masang might help unlock the game's potential in this region.
The playerbase remains genuinely dedicated, this is a legacy title with real staying power, and there's clear enthusiasm for continuing to invest time and money into it. Over the past weeks, during large-scale battles and busy hours, players experienced lag and packet loss severe enough to disrupt the very battles this game is built around. Every player who signs this letter felt it, and some of our friends stopped playing because of it. This week the Suba Games team ran a maintenance that appears to have resolved it, and we're genuinely grateful, it's a clear reminder of how capable this team is when they have what they need to act. What we're asking for is simply the chance to see that capability supported on an ongoing basis.
We are asking Masang for two things: the resources to keep the North American server stable, so that fixes like this one last, and a commitment to the continued development of ACE Online, with regular patches and updates. We don't expect miracles overnight, but we do hope for steady, ongoing support that lets ACE Online grow again, not just survive. The Suba Games team, its tech staff and its GMs have kept this server alive and looked after this community for years, and we are grateful to them. Our request is addressed to MasangSoft as the rights holder, because with your support the operator would have what it needs to keep the game stable and evolving.
A healthier, better-performing NA server benefits everyone, more player retention, more spending, and a stronger long-term relationship between Masang and its regional partners. We would welcome a reply on whether Masang is open to this, whether directly with Suba Games or through whatever channel makes sense on your end.
